Took about ten minutes to swap out the rear sight and drop this plate in, and the RMS sits rock solid with zero wobble. The polymer finish matches the slide texture well enough that it looks almost factory.

The polymer body is surprisingly sturdy, and I love that it replaces the rear sight to keep the slide profile low. Got my M&P set up in under ten minutes with no extra fitting needed.

Took a chance on this polymer mount to replace the rear sight on my M&P, and the fit is spot-on—no wobble at all once torqued down. The RMS sits low enough that the iron sight picture is still usable, which is exactly what I hoped for.
